Regular customer. Friendly employees, regardless of day / time / circumstances. It helps to know exactly what you want and to pay attention. They're certainly willing to revise whatever is necessary -> missed hair (mine is very fine, but thick), uneven sides, redoing back of head hairline. They want you to be satisfied m, happy, and to be a return customer. I've used all three of their current stylists.
